1. Who we are
uk-eta-online.com is operated by Rage Agency Ltd., an independent travel concierge. We are not affiliated with the UK Government, the Home Office, or GOV.UK.
2. Our service
We prepare, review, and submit your UK ETA application on your behalf. The UK ETA itself costs £16 and is available directly at gov.uk/eta; our fee is for our service.
3. Payment
Fees are £59 (Standard) or £89 (Priority), in GBP, charged through Stripe at checkout. The £16 government fee is included in our price.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, truthful information. We are not liable for rejections caused by inaccurate information you supply.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us. We do not control the decision of the authorities.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
